  I've been training at this amazing academy for almost 4 years now. Great teachers and very family friendly people. NO egos at this place and very very technical (and that's what I need as a girl) I felt welcome as soon as I started training and now my kids and husband do to. I recommend it to every friend I have and would say this is the best REAL self defense a woman can learn. If you have girls going to college, make them take at least 1 yr of classes here and the'll be able to handle pretty much every nasty situation, starting with self awareness and empowerment.
