  Top notch agency. I had a newly acquired property ready for renting and contacted DKRentals. The company manager promptly replied & walked me through the process - easy peasy. The agent, Julie, was absolutely delightful from the start, taking photos & making suggestions to get the ideal "showing" of the home. Julie immediately responded to texts & emails as the process went forward. She routinely checked in to give me updates on potential tenants, inquiries, calls, showings at the property, etc. Once the holidays & early winter months had come & gone, Julie almost immediately had a tenant interested, lined up, processed & a move-in date agreed upon. I had virtually nothing to do once DKRentals took on the job and it was a seamless, simple and easy process. Great work overall; I couldn't be more pleased.
