  I don't know a lot about cars, so I depend on taking my car to someone who does.. I have been coming here for auto repair services ever since it opened. Generally speaking I have had good service, but have had a couple minor issues. This visit however, did not go well! On Saturday, at 8:00am I brought my 2013 GMC Acadia in for several "issues". One issue was car skipping/shimming between 15 and 20 mph, like it was just not shifting properly in the lower gears...The diagnosis was issues with the engine/transmission mount which I authorized to be repaired. 2nd issue was no spray coming out of the windshield wiper sprayer...The diagnosis was a broken windshield washer pump which I authorized repair. 3rd issue was squealing noise when making hard turns, no loose of power steering however...diagnosis was a leak in the power steering hose which I authorized repair. 4th issue...needed and oil change and tire rotation Car was there all day, and I was notified at 3:15 that it was done and needed to be picked up by 4:00. I waited 20 minutes for some sort of computer glitch to get checked out. Drove the car about 1 minute and as soon as it hit that 15/20 mph mark there came the skipping again. Tried out the windshield wiper sprayer - no juice coming out on the right side. AAARGGHH....REALLY - now I have to take the car back on Monday. The shuttle service is iffy at best, and I need a car to get to some appointments or take Uber/Lift. Was the car not driven after being repaired? Did they really rotate the tires - seems like they can never find the lock nut lock... just so frustrating... Will update my review based on what happens on Monday! UPDATE: Car was diagnosed with a transmission issue involving the clutch and needed a "rebuilt transmission". Windshield wiper issue was fixed for free. Car was sent to an outside service for rebuilt transmission but will be warranted by AAA. Still not fully satisfied with original experience, but upgraded review from a one star to 3.
